In addition, in accordance with the Monmouth County fair housing law, the University will not advertise any preference, limitation or discrimination on the basis of occupation, including student status. 3. Off-Campus Housing 101 and Monmouth University reserves the right to prohibit individuals from listing properties when the safety and welfare of renters is called into question. This includes, but is not limited to properties that have fire, code enforcement or other health violations. Furthermore, properties that have been deemed a nuisance may also be prohibited. 4. Monmouth University does not inspect, recommend, or guarantee housing listed on this internet site. Properties on this list are not endorsed by the Monmouth University; nor are the people who are listing the rental units. 5.
